Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OrbitApps and its products ("Apps"), including Wallety and Qurany, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

2. Use of the Apps

You may use the Apps only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or interfere with other users. When you use shared or community features (see section 4), you also agree not to post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content and not to harass other members.

3. Accounts (Qurany)

Qurany does not require an account for personal use. Some features — such as joining a Circle to share goals with family or friends — require a free account created with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account), which also removes the account data we hold on our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy. Wallety does not use accounts.

4. Shared Goals & Community Content (Qurany)

Qurany's Circles let you share goals and progress with members you choose. You retain ownership of the content you create. By sharing content into a Circle, you make it visible to the other members of that Circle and grant us permission to store and display it for that purpose. You are responsible for the content you share, and you agree not to share anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, or abusive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some apps offer paid features. In Wallety, a subscription or lifetime unlock is processed through the store platform (App Store or Google Play); pricing and renewal terms are described in the app, and you manage your purchase through the relevant platform. Qurany is free to use; it has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any voluntary support (for example, a donation) is entirely optional and unlocks no additional features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Apps belong to OrbitApps or its licensors, except for content you create. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Apps content without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps for violations of these Terms or for any unlawful activity. You may also stop using the Apps at any time, and you can delete your Qurany account from within the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided "as is." We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps. Your use is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page. Your continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
